Utilizing various methods, Limitless Phoenix Metamorphic Endeavors strives to provide the specific tools and experiences that will be most beneficial in helping program participants define and achieve their personal goals. The cornerstones of all our programs are intentional time in nature and one on one guidance.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Limitless Phoenix Metamorphic Endeavors operates through a set of Understandings. These Understandings guide the creation, operation and success of every endeavor. Every Understanding contributes to our clients growth and ideally becomes a tool for their own success in life.
1. The foundations of authentic communication are listening, vulnerability and honesty. By practicing these, we
can communicate effectively.
2. There is an inherent benefit to spending time in nature, this makes nature immersion and connection a priority for the health
of every individual.
3. All beings are equal. No one is either above or below another. Every life form is equal to all others. We are all related and
depend on one another for our existence.
4. Stewardship of the natural world is a responsibility we all share for ourselves and for the generations to come. By regularly
immersing ourselves in the natural world we renew ourselves and our connection with nature, thus strengthening our
ability to steward responsibly.

LONNIE JOHNSON
Founder and Lead Guide
After more than a decade of mentoring and wilderness guiding with various therapeutic, recreational, and rites of passage organizations, Lonnie has created Limitless Phoenix Metamorphic Endeavors. This project is a synthesis of the most beneficial practices learned during the time within these organizations, as well as a personal heart-centered approach to every experience and program.
So what makes collaborating with Lonnie unique?.....
Besides everything learned through his professional experience and being a certified Wilderness First Responder, Lonnie has extensively journeyed to remote locations usually alone and often fasting. These sojourns have allowed for the messages from Nature to come through unfiltered, and oftentimes brought him into the company of various elders and wisdomkeepers who have shared their timeless teachings with him.
Teachings like going out into nature and creating space for the "ciricullum of the moment" (when situations, solitude and silence bring unparalleled clarity and insights). Practices like these must be experienced to be fully understood, and every Limitless Phoenix experience is uniquely crafted to meet the needs of those involved.
CHIARA MARIA TROTTO
International Guide and Program Coordinator
In her younger years Chiara spent many days on expedition with her Scout Troop in the mountains of Italy. These experiences created a connection with nature and guiding that has lasted a lifetime.
Utilizinging her training in the Social Sciences to manifest a diverse range of cross-cultural experiencess, Chiara has facilitated and trained people globally on innovating their social relationships in order to improve systems of education, project creation, rural commerce and more.
Currently Chiara is based out of Palomino Colombia where her and her family are involved in various youth programs, sustainable agriculture and cultural awareness projects. Her presence, focus and compassion make her a unique asset to the Limitless Phoenix team.
